The Founder of Vision Carrier, Evang. Gloria Bamiloye has penned a lengthy note to address the misconceptions about VALENTINE’S DAY and how the Devil has cleverly changed the orientation of the Youths on this special day, 14^th of February.

This was addressed via her Instagram page in one of her articles titled ‘HAPPY VALENTINE’. She noted that the hero called VALENTINO who won the heart of a young girl for Christ at the face of death gave a perfect description of how the VALENTINE’S DAY should be celebrated.

In her words;
HAPPY VALENTINE
Luke 10:27-28 KJV; [27] And he answering said, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy strength, and with all thy mind; and thy neighbour as thyself. [28] And he said unto him, Thou hast answered right: this do, and thou shalt live.

That is the spirt of valentine: LOVE. Love God with your whole heart and love your neighbour as thyself. That was what the priest Valentino did when he refused to worship idol according to Roman history and chose to win the heart of a young girl to Jesus while in prison. Valentino died for his faith in Christ and while in prison still touched the life of somebody by showing her the love of Christ . He loved God and his neighbors like himself

Satan has changed the concept because he hates the word LOVE and replaced it with lust when evil spirit of lust and immorality is released into the life of many people especially the young ones . They lose control and engage in immorality while many are deceive by the devil to destroy their destinies and future .
As believers in the Lord Jesus we can keep the sanctity of today by display the love of Christ to someone according to the scriptures. That was what Valentino did.

You can express the love of God to someone today, you can show you care by a little kindness and gift to your neighbour and friends. Husband and wife ,parent to children . The less privileged in our midst like widows and motherless children can be remembered as the Lord enable us. Today ,is not for immortality but rather to speak the goods news and spread the love of God to mankind which is the good news of Jesus salvation to mankind . Share the message to someone today.

Preach Jesus , the love of God to someone and thereby destroy the works of the flesh and the devil that the enemy plans to project today . The word of God will destroy the plan of the enemy and establish the love of God .
We should also check our relationship with others as we display the love of Christ and holiness and the peace God will our hearts as we walk in love.
