The popular and prolific Nigerian gospel singer, Dunsin Oyekan popularly known as – The Eagle took to his Instagram to remember his late wife, Doyin Oyekan a year after her death. Dunsin shared the picture of his late wife with a caption that shows that God is still ever faithful.
He wrote; 2 years today. The children and I miss you but God has been so faithful. If we focus on the pain of transition we will miss it’s purpose… “Now thanks be to God who always leads us in triumph in Christ, and through us diffuses the fragrance of His knowledge in every place.” Say a word of prayer for us, SEE PICTURES BELOW
Meanwhile GFNG had earlier reported that the gospel minister, Dunsin Oyekan has shared his experience during his own time of trials when his beautiful wife, Adedoyin Oyekan was called to Glory about three years ago, 18th of May, 2019 during the burial service for Late Pastor Dare Adeboye. According to him, when his wife passed on, the only place he could turn to was the presence of God.
In his words; I remember about three years ago when I lost my wife, the only place I could turn to was the presence of God, and in pain I began to see purpose, in grieve I began to find grace, and this song came to me; He sings;
