RCCG Pastor E.A Adeboye Celebrates 82nd birthday today

The General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Pastor Enoch Adeboye, celebrated his 82nd birthday today, March 2, 2024, and he has been receiving an outpouring of love and well-wishes from people from different walks of life.

Last year, Pastor E.A Adeboye celebrated his birthday ‘quietly’, revealing that he had more than 81 reasons to thank his maker. Several notable personalities, including David Oyedepo of the Living Faith Church, aka Winners’ Chapel; Dr Paul Enenche of Dunamis International Gospel Centre; and one of Africa’s richest women, Folorunso Alakija, celebrated the respected cleric.

Oyedepo said, “Happy birthday to a father, mentor, leader, teacher, man of generational impact, and so much more. We celebrate God’s grace upon your life, and we are grateful for the blessing and example you are to the body of Christ. We wish you many more years as you blossom in the Lord’s vineyard. Live long and prosper.”

On his part, Enenche wrote, “Happy birthday to a kingdom general, Daddy GO. You have been a blessing to us. We pray that God will renew your strength like the eagle. God bless you abundantly. We love, appreciate, and celebrate you greatly, sir.”

Alakija said, “Dear daddy, as you celebrate your 81st birthday, I want to take a moment to wish you a very happy and blessed day.

“Your vision and dedication have helped to grow the Redeemed Christian Church of God into a global ministry, and your tireless efforts to share the love of Christ have inspired millions of people to seek a deeper relationship with God.

“Thank you for all that you have done, and will continue to do for the kingdom of God. Happy birthday, sir. May God bless you abundantly today and always.”

Two years ago, Solid Rock Foundation and Mount Zion Faith Ministries released a bio-epic movie titled ‘ENOCH‘ to commemorate Pastor E.A Adeboye’s 80th. The movie chronicles how he had an encounter with God and how his journey into the ministerial assignment started.
