Pastor Leke Adeboye, the son of the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, has taken a bolder step to push the ongoing campaign against police brutality by hosting a #ENDSARS service at the protest ground in front of The Lagos State government house with faithful Christians in attendance following the full support Pastor E.A Adeboye gave openly four days ago.
While leading prayers during the service, he stated that the nation has been handed over to the youths as many families are being represented on protest grounds. He further asked those at the protest ground to pray earnestly that God touches Nigeria and its leaders.
In his words while leading prayers;
“I want all of us to know that this nation has been handed over to us slowly but surely by this singular move that we are all here representing our families, friends and nation. This is the beginning of the new Nigeria,” he said.
“Father, please touch my nation! Please touch our leaders! Please touch me!
“Oh Lord! Touch this nation. Touch our leaders, touch their hearts, touch their ears, touch their brains so that this nation can be greater and become nation that we want in Jesus name.”
