‘Once saved, forever saved’ advocates are agents of the devil, beware! – Pastor E.A Adeboye warns
The General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Pastor E.A Adeboye has reacted to the not-newly introduced doctrine of “once saved, always saved” spreading like wildfire and finding its root among Christians.
The doctrine of “once saved, always saved” teaches that it is not possible for a child of God to lose his salvation when he sins as salvation earn can no longer be misplaced.
In the simplest way to understand, Pastor E.A Adeboye admonished Christians to be careful of those who go around sharing unfounded doctrine that Christians are free to indulge in sin once they have given their lives to Jesus Christ.
He added that anyone who go around preaching such doctrine should be regarded as agent of the devil, such person should be avoided and such message should be discarded.

Don’t let anyone deceive you. Anyone who tells you that once you’re born again, you can continue to sin, and it wouldn’t matter, is an agent of the devil. Romans 6: 1-2.
