Nigerians pray for Mr Ibu as he celebrates birthday with family in the hospital (Video)
A video of the moment seasoned Nollywood actor John Okafor, also known by his stage name Mr. Ibu, was seen celebrating his birthday at the hospital with his family and a few friends is going viral on social media.
During the birthday celebration, which was broadcast live on his own Instagram page, the actor was spotted in a hospital.
This comes after his wife Stella Maris expressed concern a few days prior as he shared an emotional video on her Instagram page.
A cake and numerous bottles of juice were laid out in front of Mr. Ibu to add to the celebrations in the hospital footage. The actor was surrounded by people who sung him happy birthday songs in an effort to cheer him up.
There is no doubt that Mr. Ibu’s illness merits his hospitalization. Mr. Ibu’s face was shown to be emaciated throughout the video, and a wound could be seen on his leg.
This is not Mr. Ibu’s first hospitalization in a year; the actor previously revealed how his envious family members poisoned him after his hospitalization.
As a result, the actor’s fans voiced their worries and some also wished him a happy birthday in the comment section. We hope for a swift recovery for the Nollywood legend who has been in the hospital for several weeks.
