Evang. Mike Bamiloye of Mount Zion Faith Ministries has encouraged Christians in Nigeria who are massively relocating to Europe/America to hold on firmly to their faith.
It is no longer a news that the rate at which Nigerians are moving abroad in a bid to find greener pasture has surged up. However, the reasons for migration vary, with respondents citing factors such as seeking better-paid jobs, less toxic work cultures, a desire to work from home, and concerns about the country’s economy and insecurity.
According to CNN, if all Nigerians are given the chance the leave the country, a staggering 69% would relocate with their family to another country.
However, Evang. Mike Bamiloye has advised Christians who have the understanding of ‘spiritual backsliding’ to make sure they leave Nigeria with their altar aggressively burning for God as the world there is getting morally and spiritually corrupt each day that passes and if one’s feet is not rooted well in faith, such person is liable to fall.
Highlighting some threats to their faith, the gospel filmmaker hinted that these threats are strong and they can easily quench one’s fire or substitute it with their own raging immoral fire.
In Mike Bamiloye’s words;

If you are Relocating to Europe or America: Make Sure your Fire is Burning very Well on Your Altar. Lest the Fire dies off in no time and you become a Carcass of your Spiritual Self. Make Sure your Spirit is well connected to the Power of the Holy Ghost.
Lest you no Longer find reasons to follow Him whom you have vowed to follow all the days of your Life. I have seen Men and Women who relocated to Europe and America, who are still burning with the fire of the Holy Ghost,
Setting unrighteous and ungodly trashes and and garbage around them on Fire. Influencing multitudes and building Godliness.
