Lady devastated as landlord evicts her after she spent huge sum renovating apartment (Video)
A Nigerian tenant has lamented online after losing thousands of naira as a result of being kicked out of her rented apartment, which she converted into an office space.
She disclosed that after spending a significant amount of money renovating the store, her landlord slapped her with an eviction notice.
The businesswoman posted a video of the moment she hired workers to renovate the building’s inside so she could start operating there.
But not long after she finished, she received a writ of eviction giving each tenant a month to leave the property.
The businesswoman was so devastated by the eviction that she noted she was feeling pain in her heart.
Read the letter: “If you think heartbreak is painful, read the last letter. My heart is paining me,” she wrote.
