‘Some said we wouldn’t last’ – Kolade Segun Okeowo celebrates 30 years of making films, counts his blessings
The President of Zionstone Media, Evang. Kolade Segun-Okeowo p.k.a KSO and his wife, Sunmbo Segun-Okeowo (SSO) are celebrating their 30years on stage in grand style.
The gospel filmmaker took to his Facebook page to share some dapper photos of himself, throwback photos of himself and his wife, and some pictures he took on movie locations, along with a lengthy note of appreciation to his maker and those who contributed to the successful journey.
The note encapsulates some of the dares Kolade Segun-Okeowo got when he started filmmaking, his achievements, a list of some of those who supported him, and a very short word of prayer.

Thirty solid years of faith
Acting Gospel Drama
Shooting films galore
Building Film Villages
Training Drama Ministers
Thank God for the journey
Today we are blessed
Honoured & respected everywhere
Fruits abiding with testimonies
Celebrations and accolades !!!
Children doing well !!!
Thank God for the few who saw it
They nurtured and mentored
They saw hope and a future in us
They helped fan up the flames
They prayed for us and supported
They saw the seed and watered it
