The president of Christ the Rock Media, Evang. Seyi Pedro Adetola has taken to her Facebook page to celebrate the posthumous birthday of a fast rising cinematographer and sound recordist in the gospel movie industry, Idowu Oreofe Johnson p.k.a O.J who passed on the 13th of May, 2023.
According to information gathered, Oreofe Johnson who was a student of The Federal University, Lokoja died in a car accident while returning from school after his final year exams.
Before his death, OJ was a cinematographer, sound recordist and photographer who has worked with many gospel film producers.
Today, 11th of October, 2023, Evang. Seyi Pedro said via a Facebook post that she uses every 11th of October as an opportunity to let the world know how special he was, even though he’s no more, she will never forget the impact he made before he was called home.

“I always wake up on a day like this (11/10) with all excitement because it is your birthday and I always use the opportunity to tell the whole world how pleasant you are and to let you know in bit how precious you are to me. Nothing changes that, I won’t feel otherwise.
I still want to let the whole world know that on a day like this, a VERY RARE GEM was released to the world. He was so pleasant that when the heavenly Father approved his return back home, the pain is still fresh and soooo unbearable.
I remember you EVERYDAY my sweet Aburo. I live daily with your presence in my heart and that is helping me to overcome the thought daily.
Even in your SLEEP, I will still celebrate you and still let the whole world know how much you mean to me as I always do. Though the time was veeery short but it was meaningful and impactful.
