The First Vice President of the Living Faith Church Worldwide, also known as Winners’ Chapel, Bishop David Abioye is of the opinion that tithe should not be paid from stolen money.
Bishop David Abioye, while speaking with his Church members at Abuja, said it is very wrong and unacceptable to take from stolen money and give to God as tithe. He stated further that God has never accepted such and He will never accept it till Jesus comes. He also encouraged his church members to keep away from sin of any form as Jesus Christ commanded and to enjoy the benefits attached to a sincere Christian life fully.
In his words;
In our generation, we have a lot of mix up and compromise.
Don’t steal money and come to pay Tithe.
Don’t try it!
God does not take nonsense and forever until Jesus comes, there will be no entertainment of such things in this Church.
Step out of sin, fornication, adultery, masturbation.
If you don’t want to step out of sin, go and stay with the devil.. Today is your day of salvation
