To every action, a reaction is expected (3rd Law of Motion).
Ideally, anger tells us something is wrong and energizes us to react to it but it is better to wait, do nothing and ponder on the matter once anger is no longer clouding our sense of judgement.
Ponder on this:
1.) Ephesians 4:26, James 1:19-20, Proverb 14:29
2.) Think before you speak, Reflect before you react, It will slow down your anger with time.
3.) The longer you hold your temper, the better your response and reaction would be.
“search me O God, and know my heart! Try me and know my thoughts! And see if there be any grievous way in me, and lead me in the way of everlasting “
