Popular filmmaker, President and Archmentor at City of Talents, Oreofe Williams has received online backlash from a fan who seemed displeased with his hairstyle.

Bishop Oreofe Williams, as fondly called, took to Facebook to upload a picture with a caption to crack up his fans a bit, but the picture didn’t sit well with one of his fans identified as Busayo Folake Adetula, who sees the new hairstyle and the entire picture as a figure of backsliding.

Busayo Folake Adutula queried, “Are you still in Christ with your style Awo Jesu?”
However, Oreofe Williams didn’t waste too much time to ask the lady to pray for him.

“Madam, there’s no big deal about his style. He’s an actor and most hair style is censored to fit the role they are to play. Have you seen his recent movie? February 29! I’m yet to see it but already saw the picture online. You’ll know one of the reasons why he looks that way”, a fan reacts to Busayo Foluke Adetula’s comment.

“What I asked is not beyond sir? I was thinking maybe you are not the one, may be one of those yahoo boys that do impersonate image” Busayo Folake Adutula added to the comment section.

However, Oreofe Williams gave his last response on the issue: She knows she just lied with the Yahoo story. Apologize for trying to pull someone else down. If the Yahoo story is true, it would have been a different story. We are intelligent.

The funny thing is that this woman called me on my phone directly just now and started singing AWO JESU LAWO TI WA. She mentioned her name and I had to be blunt with her. How do you go on my wall trying to pull me down publicly if you actually had my number and could call directly to ask questions? What sort of Christianity is that? That’s hypocrisy.

I asked her ‘so you have my number?” And I didn’t mince words to tell her the truth to her face. I’m an actor and I have lots of project I need to shape for. They greatest attack on Christianity is from Christians. That is the hairstyle I prefer, period! Infact , I want to put dye on top next week. I owe nobody under heaven an explanation. Infact I just register to start carrying weight. My next picture wee be a shocker.. Amen somebody. .
