Popular RCCG Pastor, Daniel Olawande has responded to reactions that trailed the Redeemed Christian Church of God’s silence over the 2023 elections.
Before now, some Nigerian Youths have taken to the street of social media to drag the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Pastor E.A Adeboye for being quiet despite the alleged unfair elections held on the 25th of February & 18th of March, 2023
For the past few days, ‘Pastor E.A Adeboye’ has been trending on Twitter as some took time to lay heavy curses on him and RCCG at large.
Reacting to this, Pastor Daniel Olawande shared a long thread on Twitter to address the allegations leveled against Pastor E.A Adeboye over his relationship with Dayo Israel and other top Politicians in his church.
He stressed that the youths should desist from calling Pastor Adeboye names further and should never take his silence for his weekness lest he and other spiritual sons of Pastor E.A Adeboye would be left with no other choice but to take drastic actions. READ HIS TWEET BELOW

You said RCCG has bad pastors, you mentioned some, it’s ok, where children of God gathers, the children of the devil will be there too, but now let me help you, RCCG is in 196 Nations with over 400,000 pastors, RCCG should have some not-too-good pastors out of this crowd ooo.
Let’s go to the bible, Jesus picked only 12 disciples, I mean Jesus ooo, one betrayed Him, another denied him 3 times, another doubted Him, which means 3 out of 12 had issues.
That is 25% of Jesus’s team had one flaw or the other, now RCCG has 400,000 ministers in 196 nations.
You mentioned some names Like Dayo Isreal and all that, I know Dayo Isreal, He grew up in RCCG National Headquarters, is still a member, and attends almost all meetings but HE IS NOT A PASTOR IN RCCG.
Rccg invites guests to speak to youths & the church about different topics.
You don’t expect a pastor, maybe a full-time pastor like me to speak on medical issues because I am a pastor, I should invite a medical doctor, If I want to teach politics, that is not speaking in tongues, I need a politician, preferably a member of the church to speak to us.
So you might ask, why are there bad eggs in church, THE CHURCH IS A HOSPITAL, NOT A PERFECT PLACE, PEOPLE COME TO BE TREATED, SOME IN ICU, SOME IN EMERGENCY, SOME IN THE WARD AND SOME ARE TOLD TO GO HOME AND COME PERIODICALLY FOR TREATMENT. OUR WORK IS TO TREAT THEM WITH THE WORD
Ask doctors, treatment can be administered but responding to treatment is left to the patient to follow the doctor’s prescription & also to God for healing. Thomas, Repented, Peter Repented, and Judas hanged himself. Pastors will teach & pray but people choose if they’ll change
Since I knew my father in the Lord, @PastorEAAdeboye His message has been Holiness, salvation, rapture, and humility, but he won’t force people to change, he will at best implore them and pray for them, if we emulate him correctly we will live like him as he follows Christ.
